My little boy Isaac and I make this smoothie recipe most mornings to share for breakfast. It has plenty of goodness packed in so I know we're both getting a good start for the day...plus it's fun to make together (minus the mess).
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe banana's (frozen if you like a creamy texture)
- a handful of frozen berries
- 1-2 cups of water
- 1 medijool date (remove seed)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp LSA mix
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tsp Berry Immune (Nutraorganics) optional
- 1 tsp Clean Green (Nutraorganics) optional
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 tbsp oats
- honey if you like some extra sweetness
Whiz it all together in a blender and pour into your favourite smoothie cup.
