We ship from Adelaide, South Australia. We aim to fulfil your order within 2 business days. 

You should have received an email notification with tracking details once your order has been sent off. If the package is still in transit then you can continue to check through the tracking link until delivered. If it is over the delivery estimate you can open up an investigation through Sendle dashboard. 

If your order says delivered but you cannot find the package, make sure to ask for evidence of delivery by requesting photo evidence and GPS coordinates of the delivery location. This will help determine if the delivery was sent to the right home. 

Things to check: 

• has your neighbour received your package
• is the delivery address correct on the order
• did the delivery driver leave the package in a concealed spot on the property

Yes, we do allow for pick up under some circumstances. This depends on our availability at the time of the request. 

If you would like to collect from Torrensville, SA then please send an email to hello@emiliaroseactive.com.au with a date & time you'd like to collect. Your shipping will be refunded if you decide to collect your order from us.

The products are designed in Australia / made in China. 

We try to support local where we can, however the technology that is required to make our special yoga mats are currently not available in Australia after much searching. We take pride in supporting local photographers, models, influencers, studios and brick and mortar stores. 

We have a new material called Grip+ that has an additional grip added to the top surface. This provides the perfect grip for both non heated and heating practices.

Yes, however it is subject to what stock is available at the time. Get in touch via the Contact Us page and tell us a little about yourself, your studio space and the location. 

We have chosen to work with a manufacturer who work under the Labor Protection Act in China. They have fair working conditions, pay and hours. The yoga mats are made from sustainable and vegan friendly materials. 

Along with this we order in small quantities to reduce any chance of waste and aim to use as little plastic as possible in our business. Any plastic that is used in packaging is recycled from orders we've received. Expect your order to come mostly packaged in recyclable materials.
