You should have received an email notification with tracking details once your order has been sent off. If the package is still in transit then you can continue to check through the tracking link until delivered. If it is over the delivery estimate you can open up an investigation through Sendle dashboard.
If your order says delivered but you cannot find the package, make sure to ask for evidence of delivery by requesting photo evidence and GPS coordinates of the delivery location. This will help determine if the delivery was sent to the right home.
Things to check:
- has your neighbour received your package
- is the delivery address correct on the order
- did the delivery driver leave the package in a concealed spot on the property
