This is like an upgraded version of my prior ERA mat. Flowing on the GRIP+ in both heated and non-heated, the grip was fantastic. It feels great under my hands and instantly like a mat that had already been broken in. I haven't felt my hands slip in downward dog & no need to spray with water before using. It's light, easily portable and no "rubber burn" you sometimes get if you slide your feet along the mat too quickly. I love it, nice and grippy and has a nice feel to it.
